My husband has been diagnosed with a fatal form of celebral athrophy (brain disease).

He is booked of since 27 February 2013 until??? His employer is not paying him and I requested a special arrangement as I can only pay R3000 per month. I send them all the relevant medical certificates.

I've informed Standard Bank of the situation on 11 March 2013 and up to date did not receive any answer from them?

Can Standard Bank really be so insensitive?
