I would like to thank my premier banker by the name of Tumisang who opened and sorted my wifes account in under two hours. We moved and closed the account at Absa regarding bad service and where amazed by the friendly, polite and friendly attitude Tumisang gave myself and my wife. The warmness was just overwhelming and nothing was too much of a problem for him and what ever requests was forwarded to him it was attended to. he kept me updated all the way and definately wnet that extra mile. I have been with FNB for over two decades and am Thoroughly happy with their service.
Other banks can definately learn something from FNB premier banking. it was a a pleasure to move my wife's account away from Absa.
I will now be moving my mother in laws account away from Absa as well.
With excellent service like this anyone would be grateful.
