Bad attitude and service

Good afternoon i bought a car in dec and was sold a motormend univarsal warranty under false pretences i was told that it was a service plan but it wasnt i want to cancel the policy and get a refund as i have no need for this insurance so i phoned head office the number was supplied in the policy i was treated very bad and unprofional was hanged on 3 times and the 2 times that i did manage to talk to somebody i was simple told they are to busy to talk to me i find this unprofesional us you were'nt to busy to accept my payments
i would like to talk to somebody to get back my money i could only imagine the incomplete unsatified customers out there imagin the hassle if you would acctuly try to make a claim? there for it os better for me to simply cancel this policy and get my money back i simply have no need for this and i feel mistreated when i talk to the call centers nobody would want to be treated like this 96 hours later and i still hadnt had a single call back
