Totaly impatient and clueless about the product

This Masilo/Masigo called me on th 04th and agina on the 05th of April to sell 2 products to me (Funela Cover and Education plan) for and on behalf of Old Mutual, she called me from a company called Direct Channel.. Firstly she sounded like she was reading a reharsed script and still didn t get her lines right. when i asked question relating to the product she read off her answers from the "script"which were not really answering my questions...

Secondly i don;t know how the she expects to get sales when she has NO PATIENCE what so ever for potential clients... She sounded VERY Irritated when talking to me and just hurried her way thorugh the sale which by the way i ended up changing my mind about getting them. Old Mutual offers great products and services but their staff is an absolute night mare... They need proper training on how to speak to customers!!!
