NON PAYMENT OF FUNERAL COVER

My mother DR NM Wardle died on 22nd Jan. We are still awaiting payout.
They have us running in circles resubmitting documentation. Today we got a letter from Liberty who underwrote the policy informing us the claim has not been paid for March. The holder of the policy is DEAD. They cannot debit her account anymore. The claim is now 2.5 months overdue.
