All your wonderful campaigns and Media Publicity regarding how Customer Service Orientated your Bank is, is Actually Far from Reality! The service rendered by employees at FNB PHOENIX is shocking and horrific and And your Time is taken for GRANTED I had applied for a Smartbond on the 27 March 2013 on the 4 April I had contacted the callcenters for an update and they were not able to pick up any details on my ID Number, I contacted the Bank and my calls were answered by RESHMA, I had requested to speak to THIRU who had initially handled the application, Reshma said she will give him the message and he will Return my call this was at 08:00am by 12:00 I had called again and Reshma says that she had personally given him the message and he will call me back and she spoke to me in quite an annoyed tone as if I am disturbing her! She then responds "He is busy with customers? " so what does that make me? Very Rude and unprofessional of her! However Thiru had not SUBMITTED my APPLICATION a week later? I WAS WAITING IN VAIN.IF IM NOT CONSIDERED A CUSTOMER AND IF MY BUSINESS IS NOT APPRECAITED IM SURE ANOTHER BANK WOULD BE GLAD IF WE SWITCH BANKS
