Bond changes need to be backdated

I originally logged a call on 26 January to have my bond term redcued. A month later when I saw this had not been done. I called in and the consultant traced the call (ref no. RY13022613907) and said I would need to have my term reduced and then the interested would be backdated. My term has since been reduced and I can t get the interest backdated.
