Sales consultant from Blake called me and sold me two policies: one being a hospital plan and the other being an accidental death cover. The policies were underwritten by AIG Life South Africa. The contact number given to me rings, but nobody ever answers the phone. I was told I will receive a copy of my policy within 30days, but that didnt happen.
I want both policies cancelled with immediate effect and a full refund processed to me for all payments made. The calls were recorded, and this is a breach of contract, if you listen in on the call it was stated the policy will be sent to me, as a breach of this, my refund must be done.
Please treat this matter as urgent and I await a telephone call to have this sorted.
