I tried calling Prudence Ntuli the whole of last week everyday but no answer just goes to voice mail. I called ABSA Bank itself regarding my Debit account for my Vehicle. I bank with Nedbank and have never had a problem with them for the last 11 years now Absa is saying that they are having problems Debting from my Nedbank account to pay my car this has been happening since November last year. I am now in arears thanks to Absa due to the fact that I thought they were Debting from my Nedbank account all this time just to find out they are NOT. And still have the ordasity to tell me im behind on a payment, 3 month later of which I picked this up in December THANK or I would have my car repo and I have spoken to Prudence before about this and she said she would sort this out but still no change. I want a new account holder ASAP. Absa must stop blaming other banks for there faults I have contacted my bank and they have reassured me that Absa has not once tried to Debt my vehicle installment at all. This is unacceptable. I have spoken to Team Leaders Consultants so on. When I bought my car I signed an agreement that Absa would Debt the monthly payment each month.
