On the 02nd April 2013 i've requested 04 different people to assist me with the quote. i've waited until 17h00 when i knock-off. I was really disappointed due to the fact that they've put me through to my current insurer to cancel my insurance. To me as taken also as a valued client i was expecting them to come back to me and asked me if i've received the documents or not. None of them has done that. They were even suppose to asked me for my fax number which i would have taken it as an altenative method they were to use for me to get my policy schedule documents.

Mr Monaheng did walked to an extend of asking me all the method he can use and stayed on the line with me to confirm that i've receive the documents and i'm happy with that. He even told me that when i talk my car for inspection i must asked them for DO NOT TOW sticker. so with people like Mr T Monaheng the Miway service will be of excellent not saying it is not. it is BUT let other do like Mr Monaheng. My Monaheng He really thinks outside the box. As human beings we need to have that.
