Took out an insurance policy with MIway, signed up with Igsaan who was supposed to send me the documents and never did. After third attempt i got hold of Maggy who took ownership of the query and understood my concerns and immediately sent me the policy schedule, She also returned my call as promised to ensure that i have indeed received the documents.
