No response to complaint!

I have had to phone A&G numerous times to correct errors THEY make on my policy and each time I receive the "new" schedule there are MORE errors on it or previous errors were made AGAIN. This is highly incompetent and unethical since I am paying for YOUR mistakes on my premium! Before it even stated that my car and HOUSE were roaming day and night! Can a cement and brick house roam?! Where do you get this nonsense from? For months I was also placed on a smallholding after clearly stating that I lived in a residential area, costing me more than R100 a month EXTRA in premium! Recently I inquired if I had a claim for rodent damage to my lounge suite in my living room. I was informed that I had to specify this on my policy! And Auto and General refuses to pay out the claim. Why is it specified that on portable possessions vermin is not covered, but this is not specified on furniture?! Then without my knowledge or consent they increased ALL my insured goods to a total of over R142, 000 OVER what I have insured it for for no apparent reason but to make extra money?! This was NOT authorized by me and needs to be corrected. More than a week has gone by now and NO RESPONSE yet!
