No response or feedback on my claim

I claimed for window repairs yesterday; having being received attitude from the call centre consultant that assisted and phone being hang up over twice; despite this rainy season i still have no feedback and i am now worried that beyond what i have as an issue more damage is imposed - water damage & of the vehicle. With the amount if premium i pay i can not believe this is the service i receive - no wonder they do not insure men, no man can take this nonsense.
