I'm livid with FNB Homeloans! I went through a BAD financial patch and fell behind with my homeloan, i then made arrangements with their collections department to pay up my arrears. The arrangements were done with a gentleman called Evans from FNB Collections dept, he then on a monthly basis called to check that our arrangement is still in order. i made a promise to him to date (never defaulted). Today i log on and some company called Blake Collections have the audacity to email me to say i have arrears with FNB Homeloans and need to pay up! I beg your pardon? Who is Blake? how do you now contact me when i for the past 12 months have kept to my arrangement? now all of the sudden you come in and demand the R1000 plus I owe? I want to know where's Evans that i have amicably been dealing with? I dont want to deal with Blake as i have no relationship with them and dont want to communicate with them as i'm happy with dealing with FNB directly! If Evans is no longer handling my account then rather refer to another FNB Homeloans employee! But dont hand me over to companies that know nothing about me and i have no relationship with!
