SA Homeloans gave a bond of R200 000 but paid out R150 000 and were still charging on the whole R200000, we ran into arrears and approached them asking if we could make arrangements. There was no assistance at all and they would not accept any arrangement but wanted the whole amount. We were told the property was on auction in 2011 and the person's deal fell through. We were in the process of selling the flat to pay 4* :omeloans but Now we're getting nasty letters from some person's lawyers saying we must get out of our home because he bought the home on auction in September last year but SA Homeloans never advised us or took us to court to resolve this before selling our home from under our feet.. This is very distressing and traumatic.
