Where do i start? Your collections consultant called me regarding my arrears, which ive been paying without fail. This is to set up another "arrangement"(what happened to the 1st one?) fair enough im in the wrong, so i do that gladly. On the 25/04/2013 i get notifications for my personal loan deductions, R870.00 (original arrangement) and R2621.43 my normal monthly deduction. Today 26/04/13 a deduction of R3561.43 is deducted!!! WHAT THE IS GOING ON? THAT IS THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY DEDUCTED IN THE 1st PLACE! I DEMAND THAT THE R3561.43 BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY! WITH THE BANK CHARGES INCURRED FROM THE DEBIT YOU SUBMITTED! I ALSO DEMAND THAT A STATEMENT BE SENT TO ME MONTHLY SINCE IVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY AFTER GIVING YOU MY EMAIL ADDRESS! WHATS SAD IS IM NO LONGER IN ARREARS! BUT THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT ME? YOU HAD THE ABILITY TO DEDUCT THAT MONEY TODAY, I DEMAND THAT YOU RETURN IT NO LATER THAN THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS. IF NOT, IM TAKING THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN. I ALSO WANT A STATEMENT WITH ALL MY DEBITS!!!
