I have had it with Blake Collections. You are unprofessional, rude, arrogant and annoying like. I do not even think a criminal is treated like this the way Blake Collections treats their clients. Please tell your MD that first of all, get a system that works. If you cant even record what the previous consultant arranged with the client, THEN YOU SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS!!! Second of all, NO ONE KNOWS what the previous consultant has arranged already!!! Thirdly, I am not interested in hearing from you again. I pay my account every month, SO STOP CALLING ME DURING WORKING HOURS WHEN I AM EMBARRESING MYSELF!!! Fourthly, You advertise on your website communication but you call me every week for a louzy R 250.00!!! Your phone calls are more than that! Your business etiquette is terribly low. You should honestly revise your strategy. Get someone that knows what they are doing, YOU GUYS LOOK LIKE CLOWNS!!!
