Terrible service

Nedbank loans debited my account 2 times this month, when i called to find out what is hapening i was given disgusting service by their staff members? i do not have money laying around and leave enough funds in for my debit orders. My loan is not in arrears and now i get told i need to wait 7 to 14 working days for it to get sorted out. I am disgusted at the service i received and bad attitude their call centre staff has. My medical aid account will now be in arrears due to Nedbank! I tried my utmost best to keep my credit record clean and thanks to ned bank this will not be possible as i now will have a failed debit order which is my medical aid. To top it off im charged an additional fee from my bank for this failed debit order.

Nedbank im really disappointed in your poor service.
