It was a surprising warm welcome on a cold raining and wintery morning. The facility was very clean, even the smashed vehicles look washed and clean. Even the service from the guard was fantastic, Rusdien was very courteous and took his time to explain the process to us. Jeanne was so kind to assist us while we were here for our assessment.
