A refinance agreement that went horribly wrong

On the 19th of February 2013 I got a call from the Wesbank Customer Services Mr Veli Nkabinde, who indicated the reasons for his call to afford me on the assistance to refinance for the residual balloon balance as terms of payment on current contract is expiring end of March2013. So to avoid inconveniences if I wish a refinance contract can be generated to facilitated that balance R59 000.00. I indicated my appreciation and the approach that Wesbank initiates to look after its loyal customers and so agreed to have the contract generated. Among other things that were not clearly defined and expressed as risk to me when contracting was that the expiring last payment scheduled will go 13 Mar2013 which is a misnormal. The contract would be effective the same month as the old contract expires without clearly advising. On the 13Mar2013 a debit order went thru causing an over draft. I immedeately contact Veli and asked him to escalate matter to avoid both payments to be paid come month end. I spoke to his Manager was unhelpful to resolve the query stating the company will loose money & we cant recontract for April2013. I now sit with some unpaid debits the Manger never bored to comeback me
