I entered into debit counselling and had an agreement in place to settle the outstanding balance owing to Wesbank Financial Services which was paid in full in 2012 according to the debit councillor however Wesbank Financial Service are still reporting an outstanding amount of R 74, 000.00.
I would like to know what happened to the payments that where made and a full explanation of the current situation with regards to the outstanding balance.
