I phoned this morning after 8 am to lodge a query of an incident that happened this week-end, I decided at 3 I should phone and ask what is going on and the guy told me they will only work on my issue on the 24th of April??? how can they do this I must wait a month for them to START working on my query if this is how they operate I really don't want anything to do with them all rather use someone else cause this is beyond pathetic!!! they take your money but can't deliver a service???
