Good Day

I cancelled my policy more than a month ago with your Mitchells Plain
Branch and nothing had come from it.

I need the money to pay for my medical Aid and I was promised that the
Money will be paid in before the 01/04/2013. I want to the branch about a week ago to confirm that all
Is in order and they said it will be paid in.

I call the call centre and they say that the branch is responsible for the payment, then I go to the branch and they say I must call the call centre as they are not responsible for the payment. All I want to know is WHO THE WILL BE ABLE TO TELL ME WHEN I CAN GET MY MONEY...
