REALLY Nedbank???

After Nedbank hounded me to switch from my savings account to a current account, I relented and did it.

I went into their Parklands branch last week Saturday to get my new card activated and also stated that I had some questions before I actually go ahead with the switch. I was then informed that they cant help me as they run on skeleton staff on a Saturday, and the person responsible for helping me is not there.

I mean, isn't Saturday a day where a lot of people get a chance to go do their banking? How the do they work???

I then went to the Bayside Mall branch, where I was helped by the Branch manager and informed that the Branch Manager at Parklands should've helped me herself, as she should be capable of doing that, instead of turning me away.

I mean REALLLLYYYYY???

Nedbank promised me that they will switch me debit orders for me which they about because that hasn't happened yet. I know, because their Debit Order hub has not received anything regarding anything for my account. Well, that is what I understood from the lady after it took her 5 minutes to get my account number right that I was reading.
