Poor service from kulula online banking

Good day

I am now quite annoyed as I have made it clear by three mails and one fax and numerous phone calls that I want to close my account and yet today I received a statement in which the amount in credit which used to be around R97 is now R68.97 because you are taking forever to do something as simple as closing my account.

Please can this be finalised now and the original amount of R97 be refunded back to me, cause I don't see why I should have to pay fees when I made it clear on the 15th of March already that I am closing my account. I was even charged three amounts for budget transcations which were settled on 8 March???
