I don't understand how MFC works, when you try to phone them you can wait for 20 minutes without being helped. This is not right, I must say. The service is very poor. I was suppose to get refund from MFC and got an acknowledgment of e-mail after 3 days. I was told that I will get it after 10 working days. I waited for 10 working no money is paid not even a call to let me know what is a problem. I called twice no answer from their consultants. What kink of a bank is this? I urge all the people you are still interested on taking motor with MFC to stop because their service is poor.
