I have bee struggling for almost 3 weeks to get them to put through a claim for me
This morning i Spoke to 5 different people being put on hold and being transferred constantly and no one could even see that i had a Operation on the system
Call no 6 for the morning i got through to Selina Govender, She was the first person to be helpful (perhaps the Switch Board as well)
She was able to pick up on the system what was done and sorted it out very fast, a couple of minutes after I spoke to her i received confirmation SMS
