I have had a few good experiences with Oneplan but some really bad .. I was absolutely astounded at how efficient and quick Samuel was at sorting out my issue that 2 different agents the previous day did and could not bother to help with. Once my issue was resolved, Samuel emailed me confirmation AND he called me to advise me it had been done. He showed empathy for my situation, and took complete responsibilty to ensure that my emergency was sorted out asap.
Now THAT is great client service!!! I work in the financial services industry so know the difference between good and bad call centre agents and I am impressed. That should be across the board.
Oneplan need to get more Samuels and sort out their shortcomings. Every company has issues but its how they are dealt with that makes all the difference.
