Please refer to the following complaint about FNB. I am posting this because Investec is involved with the payment.

I have been missing a salary payment for 9 days in between Investec and FNB, and both banks are pointing fingers at each other saying the problem is lying with the other bank. I am not being helped and I demand answers.
Well why don't these guys pick up the phone, and find out what the is going on?
Do I have to hook up these two banks in a conference call to get them talking to each other?
This is rather pathetic, and I DEMAND answers! I am missing tens of thousands of rands. I am being fined for debit orders that are failing, and MY ITC reputation is being affected because of negligence from these two banks.
Just because I am not an Investec customer, doesn't mean you guys don't have to deal with me. You're still handling my money!
