Just a quick thank you to Investec.
We've been experiencing a lot of problems with Shell lately when filling up and paying by card. They state the the payment has not gone through (regardless of the sms from Investec confirming otherwise) and require cash payment.
Thank you to the the team working behind the scenes at the Transaction Dispute Department for looking into these transactions, every time they occur and resolving them so quickly. They have resolved about four of these transactions to date. Thank you very very much!!!
