Credit Card Declines

In the last week, both my business credit card nd petrol card got declined on various occasions causing me some embarresment. Both cards are linked to our current account and funds get transferred automatically to prevent this exact occurance.

I phoned the bank nd explained my situation and were promised a return call by 12h00 on Tuesday (today). I phoned at about 2pm and the "cutomer care person" who were supposed to get back to me was not available. I agin left urgent message and threatened to close a R3m account and yet had no response by 17h00 .

Guess our account is not important enough o them but I am sure some of the other Banks will be interested in our business
