The original loan was from H&H Financing/Merque Financial Services in the sum of R3000.00
I paid R500per month from June 2001 for 12 months but has not been given any credit for these payments.
has had no dealings with Absa and yet it is the Garnishee creditor. Despite payments of approximately R175 per month as from March 2006 I have been charged interest and costs in the region of R135 per month and has received a statement reflecting a balance in excess of R12000.00.
It would be appreciated if you could look into the matter and let me have your urgent response
