We submitted a lightning damage claim in December 2012. The alarm system, lighting system and gate motor were affected. To date our claim has not been resolved and we have not had any update from Alexander Forbes of how far they are with their investigation. Only the lighting system is being investigated and nothing is being said of the other items. We have insurance (not keeping stashes of money) to come through for us when we have such incidents happen, but so far it's been disappointing, disappointing, disappointing. How much longer do we have to wait. This is a totally unacceptable and ridiculous level of service we are receiving, especially when you are actually paying for it.
We need to know whether our claim is being rejected or not so as to know how to move forward.
