Happy with the servise received today

I received an sms from first4women to say my house contents insurance is increasing next month & really i was not going to afford it. I phoned them and i explained to Luyolo and he kindly assisted me with a reasonable premium. I am happy that i am still with first4women because if he did not offer me this premium then i was going to seek quotes from other insurance companies.
