I have made an arrangement with the above lady and she said it will happen that way. My loan amount went of my salary in full and my loan was paid up. I spoke to her again and she said in that case I must just reply again since it is paid off now. When the amount was removed from my profile I applied again and was declined. I phoned her again and she said it must be the notes she made and that I must just wait that the system update and it will be approved. I tried but in vain. I phone and every consultant that I spoke to - when I ask to be put through to her to explain what is going on since she said that the amount that was on the notes showed oustanding had influence my affordability!!! NO THEY JUST CT ME OFF!!! I think this is really not fair and I AM HIGHLY UPSET.
