I just posted a complaint last month about receiving statements with payment due dates being before my pay date of the 25th of every month. the first consultant did not record this properly, when i complained the person who allegedly responded to my complaint said that this will be sorted out. i received my latest statement which states that payment must be made by the 24th. is it that difficult for consultants to understand 25 ie TWENTY FIVE!!! NOT BEFORE THEN!!! somebody sort this out!!! terrible service, worst bank ever!
