When i was still at university i opened FNB student account, after i finished my degree i stayed a year unemployed now i found a job i tried to open a new account at FNB they are telling me i cant because i owe them R336 and according to my understanding if a bank account is inactive for three months the bank closes that account. Why am i owing them money? im not happy at all, why didnt anyone contact me or send mail?
