Requested Account to be Closed.still not closed

First week of July 2012 I went to a Pretorius branch in Pretoria requested for the acc to be closed and it was never closed, in December 2012 o went to phuthaditjhaba branch and explained my situation to a consultant who then call her manager and I was promised that the matter will be sorted, and now the same account I requested to be closed is accumulating charged and I'm expected to pay them! I'm nt going to pay as I requested the acc to be closed in july..I want that account closed I'm tired of bad service that I have been gettin rom FNB
