My fiance's vehicle rims and tyres have been, processes have been given and we did quotes for new rims as requested. The vehicle was taken to a compound and no feedback was given after. We called 3days later and no one could tell us were the car is, all they said was " are you sure we took the car" I was not impressed with what happened. Luckily I took the drivers number and I found my car myself. An inspector was sent 5 days later, now the car is at the panel beaters, it has no physical damage, only the rims were but our car is just parked there. It has been 3weeks and the car is our form of transport. We are forced to use public transport and hire cars because of virgin's incompetence. My lawyers will be handling this. All I need is for our car to be returned! I will be cancelling this insurance and I don't recomend virgin car insurance to anyone!
