Unfair payout

My car rims and tyres where on the 06 December 2013 and I logged a claim with Absa direct and they requested the receipts for both and I provided for the rims and the tyers I didnt have anymore because I bought the tyres via Junkmail and now they are willing to pay for the rims and not for the tyres and to top it all they are deducting fo R1 250.00 for excess, why is that, it only suits them when they take money from us when it comes to paying out the is always a loop hole they can exploit
