My policy number 6182148 has expired March 2012, i only now claimed from Old Mutual. I went to the office in Bloemfontein on 8 March 2013 Anna filled in the claim and said i will received a payment within 10 days. A month later they called me and said i must make an appointment with a Financial Advisor, which i did. I went to Jannie Meyer Financial advisor Cell 0827877190 on the 5 April 2013, he did the claim again. I send various emails to Erika Brent from Old Mutual she phoned me last week and said the claim will be paid out on Fridag 31.05.2013, still nothing. I asked her to give me feedback of how the calculation will be done on the policys, nobody can tell. There is a huge problem with communication with them they just did not reply on any email. This is a very urgent matter, and i am defnitely going to take legal action against them if they dont respont VERY URGENT!!!
