Hello,

i took out Hollard Motor Xtender as my car just went out Motor Plan.
i wanted a peace of mind when i took this policy only to learn a few months later that i wont have that peace of mind i thought i`ll have.
i called Hollard last week to enquire on how to go about it as my car is almost due for service. i learned that theres an extra amount of /- R1500-00 that i needed to pay when taking my car for service. i was only told of the R500-00 that i needed to pay everytime i took my car in for service.
i`ve been trying to get hold of the Claims Depertment as im told that they are the only people that can Authorise my refund as i now want my premiums back as i never claimed on this policy.
i left a message with Cynthia this morning (19/06/13) and till now (14:25) no one has called me back.
i`ve requested a copy of the recording when i took out this policy and im still waiting for someone to call me back.
theres no use in me taking out this policy and then again part away with so much money wherelse i have a Motor Xtender.
