I am in the process of purchasing a house, only to discover you have a trace alert out on me. Funny how i just recently had two removed that were also placed illegally on my name. You have less than 5 days to have the trace alerts removed from my name or i will have no option but to report the matter to the credit ombudsman and claim any fees i might lose due to your illegal activities.
