I received my recent ITC report and noticed that there are two Trace Alerts from Nimble Group. I called your Jhb office and was informed that my accounts have been closed. When i questioned the Trace Alerts i was told to call the suppliers for answers. The Trace alert was put on my record by YOU. therefore YOU are to remove it. I expect resolution within a week (ie Trace Alerts to be removed) or i will be forwarding this matter to the Credit Ombudsman.
