I have reported a claim on Friday 22 March on a leaking water pipe in the outside wall. The plumbing was fixed on Monday 25 March. A whole was made in my outside wall - right through. I am still waiting for a contractor to come and repair. I am not getting ANY feedback from Fogi, not even an update to inform me who the contractor is etc. I always have to phone and when the person handling my claim is not available, nobody can assist me, and my calls are not returned. I had to pay my excess before any work started, and no the service is also down the drain!
