On 28 March 2013 i brought my car in to be assessed, i was greeted with warm and friendly staff who attended to me immediately on arrival. I am extremely impressed to note that they immediately asked me if i would like a beverage, unknown to them i was travelling from Scottburgh as i had been working there on the day and i was exhausted and thirsty. :) My assessment was done speedily while i relaxed in a comfortable and cool waiting area. The assesser came to me immediately after he had completed the assessment of my vehicle. All in all i would say, i would hope to be treated with this curteousy everywhere.
