I took my car in for an Insurance assessment this morning, not really looking forward to this annoying but necessary task. But i was pleasantly surprised to actually have enjoyed it. I was warmly greeted and welcomed and attended to promptly. My car was assessed in under 15 min while I was served great coffee and fresh biscuits and sat in a clean comfortable waiting area with tv. Every staff member was friendly regardless of whether they were dealing with me directly. Thank you Easyway and Kalied, 10/10!!
