Galied Nel: Client service on a another level

On the 3rd Dec I took my car to be assessed at the Easyway Assessment centre. On my arrival I was immediately attended to by Galied Nel. Not only did he advise me on what would be taking place during my assessment, he catered for me with refreshments. Not only did he ensure I was comfortable but while my car was being assessed, he took me through my policy which I barely understand. He also advised me of the different options I had and I was able to choose a more affordable option. I would like to thank Easyway for short and sweet experience and especially Galied for his exceptional client service. I look forward to your assistance in future. A well deserved 10/10!
