I logged an insurance claim on the 21st of Jan 2013 till today no feedback. I called several times complained to the Talk to us site Ref# FI1553124 - Mar 12 2013 11:12am. Received a call the 13th promised to get back to me ASAP NOTHING!

Since the claim date more rain fell more damage was done. I hold them responsible for any and all damaged because the process was stalled unnecessarily and the excess payment to insurance and any rental income I lose if my tenants move out. According to the code of banking practise point 5 Dispute resolution I brought it under your attention numerous times, thus my next step would be a formal complaint to the Ombudsman of Banking service
