I was under my fathers insurance with Outsurance for 4 years before going on my own insurance with outsurance. I crashed my first car a month after I picked it up (2010) and they paid out. Again after purchasing my own car (2012) and going on my own insurance with Outsurance i got rear ended three weeks after driving off the show room floor, they paid out.
Over the last few years I have had no issues when phoning in. The people you speak to are helpful and friendly and want whats best for you. Very good customer care. I will not move insurance companies because of the service I receive on a constant basis.
